Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and assisted through arrival and necessary formalities before transferring to your hotel. You will quickly check in at your beautiful hotel. The remainder of the day is free to relax after your journey or book one of our optional evening tours.

Optional Nile Dinner Cruise (extra fees):

In the evening, enjoy an optional and exciting dinner cruise along the Nile River. You will enjoy a wide variety of the Westen and Eastern dishes. You will watch many folkloric shows.

You will start your enjoyable day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel. You will meet your expert tour guide at the massive Giza Plateau, which is an iconic home to the charming pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. These great monuments were not isolated tombs but part of carefully planned and magnificent sacred landscapes aligned with cardinal points and ancient star beliefs. You will see the stunning Great Sphinx, which was carved from a single limestone outcrop, serving as a main symbolic guardian of royal power, merging unique human intelligence with the strength of a lion. You will see the breathtaking Valley Temple in the same place.

Then we will go to Memphis, which is Egypt’s first imperial capital, founded around 3100 BCE. Though little and amazing remains architecturally, the open-air museum preserves colossal statues, including a massive limestone statue of the famous king Ramses II, reflecting the city’s long ceremonial importance even after political and great power shifted south. You will also be amazed by the beauty of the Alabaster Sphinx. You will enjoy a hearty lunch at a nearby restaurant.

You will visit Saqqara, which is the vast and dazzling necropolis serving Memphis for over 3,000 years. The highlight is the famous Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the world’s earliest unique stone structure. This pyramid of the polymath Imhotep marked a great revolutionary transition from mudbrick mastabas to genius monumental stone architecture, influencing pyramid construction for centuries. You will see the charming Mastaba of Ti and the Mastaba of Kagemni. You will be amazed by the Unique pyramids of Old Kingdom pharaohs like Unas and Teti.

After finishing your exploration, we will transfer you back to your hotel to spend a cosy night.

After a yummy breakfast, explore the charming beauty of Cairo with your professional tour guide. You will visit the Iconic Grand Egyptian Museum to explore the modern gateway to ancient Egypt. The museum’s unique design aligns visually with the charming Giza Pyramids, reinforcing a symbolic dialogue between past and present. Many artefacts are displayed in harmonious historical sequence, allowing visitors to follow Egypt’s evolution from prehistoric communities to an imperial and great power.

You will visit the amazing Salah El Din Citadel, which was built in the 12th century to defend Cairo from strong Crusader attacks. This impressive citadel was strategically positioned on the high Mokattam Hills. The Citadel served as Egypt’s main seat of power for nearly 700 years. You will visit the charming Mohamed Ali Mosque, which was specially constructed in the unique Ottoman style. This impressive mosque was built by the powerful Mohamed Ali Pasha, the famous founder of modern Egypt. The mosque symbolises political legitimacy through the fascinating religious architecture. You will have a hearty traditional lunch at a local restaurant.

You will finish the day in the Coptic Cairo district, which is one of the oldest Christian quarters in the world. You will visit the stunning Hanging Church, suspended above a Roman fortress gate. You will see the magnificent Abu Serga Church, which was traditionally believed to mark a resting place of the Holy Family.

We will take you back quickly to your hotel after finishing your interesting tour.

After a fresh breakfast, check out from your hotel and comfortably transfer to Cairo International Airport for your final departure, concluding an unforgettable journey that spans over five millennia of human civilisation.
