Our tour leader will be ready for you when we meet you in the Cairo hotel lobby. He will show you the Cairo Tower, a television tower that rises to a height of 187 meters and is currently one of the city’s most well-known landmarks. It is situated in the Zamalek area on Gezira Island, in the center of the Nile, and provides guests with an amazing perspective of Cairo.
t is the tallest construction of its sort in the world. It is tall and beautiful, with a shape and pattern reminiscent of a lotus flower. You can also view the countryside with the aid of telescopes.
A 360-degree panoramic view is available from the deck, or you can combine the view with lunch or dinner at the rotating restaurant, where you can just sit back, eat a great meal, and unwind while watching Cairo pass by during the hour-long rotation (at an extra cost).
You can take this excursion at any time of day, including at sunset, when the scenery is even more spectacular. To view Cairo at night, when the city is aglow with innumerable lights, you may also go on a Cairo-by-night trip, which is as captivating! Daily public hours for the Cairo Tower are 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
