Day 1: Warm Welcome at Cairo International Airport - Check-in at your cosy hotel:

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our professional representatives who will carefully help you with the necessary procedures. You will meet your friendly tour leader, who will do his best to help you during your vacation in Egypt. He will transfer you to your chosen hotel in Cairo in a private and comfortable car. He will help you to finish all the check-in procedures to help you take some rest.

Day 2: Tour to the enchanting Giza Pyramids, famous Saqqara Necropolis, and Memphis

Wake up early to try the first delicious Egyptian breakfast at your hotel. You will meet your helpful and expert tour guide to visit the amazing Giza Plateau. You will see the stunning Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. These breathtaking pyramids were built over 4,500 years ago. You will continue your enjoyable tour to the beautiful Memphis Open-Air Museum, which was Egypt’s first imperial and powerful capital (c. 3100 BC). Memphis completely controlled all the trade routes between Upper and Lower Egypt. See the colossal and elegant limestone statue of Ramses II, displayed in an open, mostly flat area. You will also see the spectacular Alabaster Sphinx. We will transfer you carefully back to your hotel.

You will enjoy your yummy breakfast at your hotel. You will visit the breathtaking Grand Egyptian Museum, which includes ramps, elevators, and wide galleries. The famous GEM presents Egypt’s long history chronologically. You will see many stunning highlights, such as colossal statues transported from ancient great temples and artefacts displayed according to their original archaeological context. You will see the wonderful collection of Tutankhamun.

You will see the old-standing Islamic Cairo to discover Cairo’s medieval and fascinating heart, once called the city of a thousand minarets. You will visit one of Egypt’s most famous and majestic fortresses, the Citadel of Saladin, to marvel at the view of Old Cairo. You will also see the magnificent Muhammad Ali Mosque, made of marble, which is one of the most famous buildings constructed in the stunning Ottoman style. You will enjoy a yummy lunch at a nearby local restaurant.

Then you will walk through the massive and famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar. This impressive market was established in the 14th century, and once served many caravan traders arriving from Africa and the Silk Road. Accessible streets allow watching traditional and beautiful crafts, spices, and attractive handmade jewellery. At the end of your exploration tour, we will take you back to your comfortable hotel.
