Day 1: Travel to Sinai& Exploration of St. Catherine:
Your enjoyable journey begins with an afternoon or early evening departure from your hotel in Cairo or Giza. The drive across the Sinai Desert offers stunning and unforgettable views of rugged mountains and open sky. Upon arrival at the amazing St. Catherine’s Town, located at the foot of the Sinai mountain range. The town is small, quiet, peaceful and deeply tied to religious pilgrimage.
You will check in at your hotel to enjoy a traditional, delicious dinner and rest, as the night climbs ahead, beginning around midnight.

Day 2: Enjoy Mount Sinai Sunrise Trekking and St. Catherine’s Monastery:
At Midnight, you will start the Mount Sinai Ascent, accompanied by an expert Bedouin guide, and you’ll trek the revered path up Mount Sinai. This impressive mountain holds deep spiritual weight across the ancient Judaism, Christianity, and Islam—making it one of the world’s most symbolically powerful peaks.
Reaching the summit before the beautiful dawn is a highlight of the experience. As the sun rises over the desert, the dazzling landscape glows gold and red, creating a breathtaking moment often compared to spiritual renewal. Then you will descend from the Mountain.
After the shining sunrise, you’ll descend back to the monastery area for rest and breakfast. You will visit the holy St. Catherine’s Monastery, which is one of the oldest and most famous Christian monasteries in the world. St. Catherine’s Monastery is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a treasure of religious history. You will see the holy Burning Bush.
