Day 1: Arrive Cairo

Following your arrival at Cairo International Airport, a professional tour leader from Best Global Tours will greet you and drive you to your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle. They will assist you with the check-in procedure and notify you when your Desert Safari tour pickups are scheduled, ensuring that your vacation begins smoothly and comfortably. Day 2: Giza Pyramids - Cairo Sightseeing Tours

After your delicious breakfast, you’ll be taken to the Giza Plateau to witness the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the Pyramid of Chephren, and Mycerinus. All of these pyramids were erected during the fourth dynasty between 2589 and 2504 B.C, before going up to the high plateau to see the whole necropolis, your licensed Egyptologist will give you all the information you need about how the pyramids were built and why they were built. You can also easily book a camel ride in the Giza Pyramids, which is an optional activity.

Your next destination is the renowned Sphinx, The Valley Temple was used to purify the king’s mummy—mostly King Chephren, according to studies—before it was buried in front of the massive statue.

Day 3: Cairo - Bahariya Oasis

Day 4: White Desert - Black Desert

The reserve is well-known for its huge chalky rock formations, which were developed as a result of the rare sandstorm. Day 5: Farafra Oasis - Dakhla Oasis

A new and more beautiful day in the desert. After breakfast, you will be accompanied to Farafra Oasis from your desert tent. Farafra Oasis is a minor oasis that dates back to the Pharaonic era and was recorded in ancient Egyptian writings. It is located approximately 170 kilometers south of Bahariya Oasis. You can take a swim in the hot water of Bir Setah hot spring and visit the local artist Badr’s unique mud brick museum, which is a modern art museum with modern artifacts.

Next, travel to the ancient town of Al Qasr, which is one of the earliest archeological cities and the meeting place of ancient transportation. It is situated in the middle of the Egyptian desert, north of the “Dakhla” oasis. After that, take a three-hour drive from Farafa to Dakhla to see the Roman Temple of Deir El Hagar, one of Egypt’s smallest temples. Built of sandstone, it dates back to the time of the Roman Emperors (Emperor Nero) and is roughly 15 km from Al Qasr and 47 km from the city of Mut. Its walls are adorned with images and inscriptions that represent the Pharaonic creed, and it was constructed for the worship of the gods Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.

After that, go to the Roman burial site at Muzzawaqa to see some of Egypt’s most exquisite rock-cut tombs. Visit the ancient Islamic village of Al Qasr after lunch. The town was constructed from Roman remains and features winding covered streets that go all the way back to the 12th century A.D, an old oil press, a wheat grinder, an old court, a prison, a school, an Ayyubide mosque, and historic dwellings organized in a very intriguing tight ally. Now it is time for relaxation.

After spending the afternoon relaxing by the pool, take in the golden sand dunes and beautiful blue sky of Dakhla. Then, while sipping delicious Bedouin tea, watch the sunset over the Great Sand Sea. Stay overnight in Dakhla at Desert Lodge, perched on a cliff overlooking the lush settlement encircled by dunes and the stunning pink rose mountains for which Dakhla Oasis is renowned.

Day 6: Kharga Oasis

We continue to love the wonderful nature of Egypt’s deserts! After your breakfast, head to El Kharga Oasis, the largest of the Oases to visit. It is the capital of the New Valley Governorate, situated 232 kilometers south of Assiut. It is distinguished by several monuments, springs, and tourist destinations.

You will tour the Kharga Museum, which features artifacts from the Pharaonic, Ptolemaic, Roman, and Christian periods, as well as Qasr El Labkha, an old Roman citadel that dates to the fifth century AD. After that, you will be taken to see the Roman Temple of Hibis & Nadora, which was built under the rule of Hadrian or Antoninus Pius. The Temple of Hibis is roughly one kilometer north of Kharga and is extremely significant because it symbolizes the various historical periods of Pharaonic, Persian, Ptolemaic, and Roma.

You have completed your Egypt Desert Tours and will be transported to Luxor, which will take approximately 6 hours. Luxor is located in southern Egypt, roughly 670 kilometers from Cairo.

When you arrive, you will board your 5-star Steigenberger MS Minerva Nile cruise or similar and check in. After lunch, you will continue your Luxor East Bank Tours to Karnak Temple. The Karnak Temples Complex, often known as Karnak, is a massive collection of temple ruins, huge pillars, and other structures. It is located 3 kilometers from Luxor, Egypt.

The Valley of the Kings, which is separated into eastern and western valleys.

The Karnak Temples Complex, often known as Karnak, is a massive collection of temple ruins, huge pillars, and other structures. It is located 3 kilometers from Luxor, Egypt.

It serves as Amun, Mut, and Khonsu's primary place of worship. The beautiful Temple of Luxor, one of Egypt's greatest structures, was constructed using sandstone from the Gebel el-Silsila region, while the Karnak Temple is the largest man-made religious complex in history. After dinner in the evening, enjoy entertainment and a musical performance before spending the night aboard the Nile cruise ship.

Day 8: Luxor West Bank Tours

Following breakfast on your Nile cruise, your guide will take you to Luxor's West Bank to see the two enormous sculptures of Amenhotep III, known as the "Colossi of Memnon," before continuing on to the Valley of the Kings. The Valley of the Kings, which is separated into eastern and western valleys.

The famous rock-cut tombs of the Pharaohs, such as the tomb of King Tutankhamen, who ruled Egypt for ten years until his death at the age of nineteen, and the legendary Ramses II, whose most well-known conflict during his reign was the Battle of Kadesh, can be seen at Biban el-Muluk, also known as the "doorway or gateway of the kings." Admission to the tomb is an additional fee.

The tombs are lavatorily painted with intriguing paintings, carved out of the mountain, and brimming with the wealth the pharaohs intended to enjoy in the afterlife. The next stop on the tour will be the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Deir El Bahary Temple. The temple is a tribute to Queen Hatshepsut.

After lunch, take a leisurely dinner on board as you sail to Edfu. Spend the night on the Nile Cruise.

Day 9: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

On board the Nile Cruise ship, eat breakfast. Edfu is the second-largest city in the Aswan Governorate and is located in the northern part of the region. The second-largest temple in Egypt, the Temple of Edfu, is situated south of Luxor and is home to the well-preserved Ptolemaic Temple honoring the falcon-headed god Horus. After that, you'll return to the Nile cruise and begin the journey to Kom Ombo, where you can see the distinctive Kom Ombo Temple, a Graeco-Roman temple devoted to the crocodile, God Sobek. Lunch will be provided for you on board. After that, sail on to Aswan.

A delicious onboard dinner will be served overnight aboard your Nile Cruise.

Day 10: Aswan Sightseeing

After breakfast, meet your guide for Aswan sightseeing tours that include the magnificent Philae Temple, built in Greek and Roman times and dedicated to the goddess Isis, the goddess of healing and magic, on an island, and the High Dam, which is thought by many to be an engineering marvel and one of the most significant projects in modern Egypt's history.

To discover more about one of Egypt's greatest temples, take the speedboat journey to the temple and enjoy your sightseeing. Finally, you will be taken to the Aswan granite quarries to view the largest known obelisk, the Unfinished Obelisk, which is regarded as one of Egypt's largest obelisks.

You will have dinner and spend the last night aboard the Nile Cruise.

Day 11: Disembarkation / Cairo

After eating breakfast and disembarking from the ship, you will have free time to explore Aswan on your own or take an optional tour to see the Abu Simbel Temples, a permanent monument to the monarch and his queen Nefertari. Then take a lunch in good restaurant.

You will be taken to the Aswan train station so that you may board a sleeping train to Cairo.

Overnight on the train and dinner.

Day 12: Back to Cairo

You will be given a delicious breakfast on board while the train continues its journey to the Giza station, enabling you to begin your day full of energy and nourishment. Our agent will meet you at the station, assist you, and drive you to your destination hotel in Cairo.

An early check-in, if feasible, will be set up to give you time to unpack and rest before continuing on your journey. This will guarantee that your transfer from the peacefulness of the Nile cruise to the energetic and busy city of Cairo goes smoothly.

Day 13: Final Departure

Our tour leader will take you to Cairo International Airport after you have breakfast before your flight.
