Your journey begins upon arrival at Aswan Airport. You will explore Aswan, which is renowned for its charming beauty and rich Nubian heritage.

You will visit the wonderful Aswan High Dam to discover how this monumental engineering project obviously reshaped Egypt’s economy and agriculture by controlling the rough Nile flooding and generating hydroelectric power.

You will also visit the unique Unfinished Obelisk in the ancient and massive granite quarries to see the largest obelisk ever attempted, offering rare and deep insight into ancient stone-cutting techniques and the big challenges faced by ancient engineers.

You will be amazed by the beauty of Philae Temple, which is located on the charming Agilkia Island. This impressive temple complex dedicated to the famous Goddess Isis is renowned for its elegant reliefs, many sacred chambers, and its dramatic rescue during the important UNESCO Nubian Monuments Project.

After this enjoyable tour, you will be transferred to your Nile cruise and relax while taking in the peaceful and beautiful Nile scenery.

After having your delicious breakfast, your cruise will sail north while exploring two impressive riverside temples. You will visit the amazing Kom Ombo Temple, which is a rare double temple honouring Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus the Elder. The rear of the temple features a beautiful symbolic scene uniting the two deities, reflecting the profound and sacred religious significance that inspired ancient visitors. The temple also contains numerous inscriptions and murals that document religious and social life during that era.

You will visit the magnificent Edfu Temple, which is a remarkably and well preserved Temple of Horus and a perfect example of Ptolemaic architecture in Egypt. Walk through towering and unique pylons to learn more about the ancient religious rituals and the great mythological battle between Horus and Seth.

You will return to the ship for afternoon tea, dinner, and evening entertainment.

Your cruise will arrive in Luxor, the world’s greatest and most famous open-air museum. You will visit the ancient and beautiful Valley of the Kings to see the unique royal burial grounds of Egypt’s New Kingdom’s powerful pharaohs. Your tour guide will help you to know how tomb designs evolved to protect these amazing treasures and explore vividly painted burial chambers.

You will visit the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which is a special and great mortuary temple that reflects the power and legacy of Egypt’s most successful and powerful female pharaoh. The temple was built using distinctive colored limestone and consists of three wide, stepped terraces, connected to each other by wide slopes, surrounded by ornate and exquisite arcades, giving it a distinctive geometric shape that blends with the surrounding mountainous environment.

You will also see the Colossi of Memnon of the famous King Amenhotep III, whose construction was overseen by the renowned and innovative architect Amenhotep, son of Hapu. In ancient times, a magnificent mortuary temple of Amenhotep III once stood before them, of which nothing remains but the two colossal statues, each approximately 21.90 meters tall.

We will smoothly transfer you back to your cruise for lunch and a relaxed afternoon.

After a hearty breakfast, explore the heart of ancient and great Thebes. You will check out, then you will visit the massive Karnak Temple Complex. Walk through the awe-inspiring Great Hypostyle Hall with its enchanting forest of colossal columns. The famous Karnak Temple includes the magnificent Great Hypostyle Hall, which contains 13 columns and is the most famous and largest in the world.

You will see the charming Luxor Temple, which was built primarily by the powerful Amenhotep III and Ramses II. The picturesque Luxor Temple was built during the Eighteenth Dynasty, specifically during the reign of the famous King Amenhotep III, and later the powerful King Ramses II added many dazzling statues and side temples to it.

After the end of the day, you will be transferred to your hotel in Luxor or to Luxor Airport.
